UPDATE: James Robertson – Executed

On October 13th, 2026 the State of Florida executed James Robertson for the 2008 murder of Frank Richard Hart.

In this quick update, I cover Robertson's final day and execution and also share remarks from Frank's daughter Rebecca, who attended the execution and spoke afterward about her father and her family's loss.
