Jamaal Howard: October 7, 2026

On October 7, 2026 the State of Texas is scheduled to execute Jamaal Howard for the 2000 murder of 42-year-old Vickie Lee Swartout in Silsbee, Texas.

Howard was 20 years old when Vickie was killed while working at a Chevron convenience store.
